PING custom orders ship directly from PING's factory to you once the product has been custom-built to your specifications. All PING clubs are custom assembled in Phoenix, Arizona.
International Shipping
We’re proud to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Most items are available for international shipping but some restrictions do apply. To provide the best international shipping rate to Canada, Australia, Europe or wherever you are shipping to, please add all the items you are interested in to your cart. This allows us to determine the dimensional weight (weight and box size) to offer the lowest possible live shipping rate. Free Shipping is excluded on international orders.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. You are responsible for any/all applicable duties and taxes upon delivery by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
RETURN POLICY
At Morton Golf Sales, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries- we are here to help!
Our 30 Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused, in original box/packaging, and resalable condition.
- Customized or Personalized items cannot be returned.
- A valid proof of purchase is required (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Custom golf clubs (including PING Replacement irons)
- Personalized golf balls or gear
- Gift cards
- Used merchandise
- Used golf clubs
- Used electronic devices (rangefinders, GPS units)
Start a Return
If you created an account at checkout:
- Log in to your account at https://www.mortongolfsales.com/login.php.
- Go to Order History and select the order you'd like to return.
- Click Return Items and follow the prompts to request a return authorization (RMA).
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship back your return. On Apparel & Footwear, a prepaid return label will be issued.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.
- Please note, depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or item? Contact us at 888-988-3673 or mail@mortongolfsales.com to arrange a hassle-free exchange. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery and avoids items selling out. A credit will be issued for the return once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective or not what you ordered:
- Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
- Please note, depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
